If you don’t feel your MILLS Plan provides clear, actionable value based on the information you submitted, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means adjustments, clarifications, or a full refund.
What’s Covered:
You feel the plan doesn’t match your submitted dimensions, style preferences, or scope
You don’t believe the plan gives you a clear sense of direction for your renovation
There was a technical or delivery issue
What’s Not Covered:
Change-of-mind or scope changes after delivery
Delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided
Subjective dissatisfaction after full use of the plan and included deliverables
