We scale the design to your actual space, then prepare all the design documentation your contractor needs to successfully implement it. Once you’ve approved the pricing, we’ll ship all the materials to your door in the exact quantities and sizes needed. All for $2,500.

Yes. The tile, fixtures, vanity, and finishes you see in the catalog are what you get. We source the exact brands and products shown in each plan — and we scale the vanity to match your space.

Every plan in the catalog shows transparent pricing — materials and estimated labor, no hidden line items — so you see the real estimated install cost before you finalize your quote with the general contractor. Your contractor will confirm the quoted labor costs after visiting your home to assess existing conditions.

Every plan includes MILLS’s flat $2,500 service fee — that covers scaling the design to your space, the full documentation package, and shipping the materials in exact quantities. If you swap the pre-selected tile, an additional $1,000 applies. If we design something fully custom with you, an additional $2,500 applies. Upgrades and customizations you choose are priced individually in your quote.

Yes — you can swap tile size, shape, or color for an alternate option. Because tile touches quantity calculations, waterproofing detail, and code compliance, an additional $1,000 customization fee covers re-verifying the plan against your space so the swap doesn’t compromise what’s already been de-risked.

We’ll build one with you, one-on-one, for an additional $2,500 commission fee. Start a custom design inquiry — tell us about your space and share your inspiration — and we’ll take it from there.
